What we collect
- Account email: used for sign-in and delivering reset alert emails.
- Timezone and locale preference: used to schedule daily digests.
- Subscribed products: the AI products you choose to follow.
- Payment info: processed by Creem (Merchant of Record). We never store card numbers or payment credentials.
How we use your data
- Send subscribed reset signal emails (Free daily digest / Pro near-realtime).
- Send account security emails (magic-link sign-in).
- Send key notifications such as trial expiry or payment confirmation.
- We never sell your email or use it for unrelated marketing.
Third-party processors
- Resend: used to send transactional emails. Resend only processes the email address needed for delivery.
- Creem: acts as Merchant of Record for subscription payments. Creem's privacy policy governs the payment flow.
Data retention & deletion
- You can unsubscribe from emails at any time or delete subscriptions on the account page.
- To fully delete your account and data, email privacy@reset.beer.
- We complete deletion requests within 30 days.
Cookies & local storage
- We use only essential cookies to maintain sign-in sessions.
- No third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
