Our refund promise
- Reset Beer Pro is a one-time purchase with no auto-renewal and no hidden charges.
- We offer a full, no-questions-asked refund within 14 days of payment.
- You don't need to explain why — if you're not happy, you get your money back.
How to request a refund
- Email refund@reset.beer with the email address you signed up with.
- We process refunds within 5 business days via Creem, back to your original payment method.
- Refund arrival time depends on your payment method (cards 3-5 days, Alipay 1-3 days).
What happens after a refund
- Once the refund is processed, your account automatically downgrades to Free (daily digest email).
- You keep your account and data — you only lose near-realtime alerts.
- You can re-purchase Pro at any time.
Trial terms
- The 3-day free trial charges nothing.
- After the trial ends without payment, your account stays on Free — no surprise charges.
- Trials and refunds are unrelated — if you didn't pay, there's nothing to refund.
Exceptions
- We reserve the right to deny refunds for abuse (repeated purchase-refund cycles).
- Refund requests beyond the 14-day window are evaluated case by case.
